I was absolutely blown away by how interactive and engaging the course was. Nicole Dennis was a brilliant trainer who kept my attention for the full 3 days. A very professional organization that is approachable and determined to enhance every learners ability to further their own skills.Highly recommend TSA!

Cassandra was fantastic, had a lot of real in depth knowledge on health and safety legislation and created a great, supportive environment to learn and contribute in. She went above and beyond would definitely recommended her for facilitating training courses.

Two sections to my review, one as a participant and the second as a user of TSA's services for my employees.Firstly I have used Training Service Australia as a supplier for my own personal training needs over the years and as a participant of their training services I have found them to be incredibly supportive and professional for my training requirements. From start to finish I have always experienced some of the best training facilitators I have worked with who are very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise and very passionate about their delivery.I have attended countless training courses with a variety of suppliers over the years in my profession and can comfortably say that TSA strive to be, and in my view are the best you can ask for in Western Australia.This brings me to my second part of the review and as far as suppliers go Training Services Australia go out of their way to work with you. Be it organizing training facilitators to attend your worksite or to holding designated training classes for groups of my employees to attend.Mathew Trott has been my main point of contact over the years sending employees to the training course however any member of the TSA team has only been too happy to assist with the requirements my business needs.Each employee that has attended a TSA training course has finished it with a superior working knowledge of the course content and has demonstrated an immediate impact to our business function. This is the number one reason I keep going back to use them as other training providers simply don't provide the same baseline skill set that Training Services Australia do.RegardsNicholas

The whole team at Training Services Australia (TSA) are masters at their craft. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted politely and professionally and taken on a tour to familiarise yourself with their clean, well appointed and functional facilities... such a great first impression, even before the training starts.Their trainers are experienced professionals who are exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive to every learner's need. The training packages have been developed with all learning styles in mind and are a pleasure to learn with.I cannot recommend TSA highly enough. I recently completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at TSA. Overall I was impressed by the professionalism, experience and dedication of all the staff.The Training Advisors assisted me by providing guidance on course date selection and kept me informed of any pertinent information. When I arrived at TSA at the start of the course, the friendly welcome from the Reception team, really made me feel at home. I was truly inspired by the professionalism and experience of my course trainers, Amanda and Jennifer. They provided invaluable feedback and really helped me understand the course material.I would thoroughly recommend TSA to anyone interested in looking for a quality learning experience.

I met Trevor when I commenced my Certificate IV in Training & Assessment back in 2010. Trevor and I have kept in contact throughout the years, he continuously provides me with guidance and support in the VET sector. This week I completed a HSR course at TSA in Mt Lawley. I had an passionate and captivating teacher Cassandra, who delivered in-depth course content that helped guide me throughout. Cass facilitated our team in becoming empowered in our new role and as a result expert problem solvers within the OHS realm.The content provided was highly applicable across all work disciplines and the knowledge I’ve gained from the 5 day course has been invaluable.Cass, the course trainer, is a true people person and passionate about the safety and well-being of all in and out of the workplace. I attend University and I can comfortably say she was the best lecturer/teacher I’ve ever had. I was so engaged and excited about turning up to each class and her methods that facilitated all learning styles was the best I’ve ever experienced.Thank you TSA for providing a teacher and course that has provided me with a valuable set of skills and strategies and contribute strongly towards growing on my learning journey and career. I also made an abundant of new friends on the course and each person on the course are friends for life.Very grateful to be given the opportunity to attend and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at becoming a HSR at their place of work or interested in OHS at the workplace to attend Cass’ health and safety rep course at Mt Lawley TSA.

I have just completed a Certificate 4 in training and assessment. I found TSA to be very professional and welcoming. All staff members are always happy to help. Their delivery of all sessions was to the utmost standard and the facilitators always ensured your level of comfort and understanding. I enjoyed my experience at TSA and would highly recommend them for any training you may require.

TSA really set the standard for RTO's in Perth. They are a professional outfit that only focuses on doing what they know and doing it well. They're training courses are engaging and facilitated very well by very experienced trainers. I have not had a bad experience with them in any way. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

TSA are a fantastic organisation that delivers high end training to their clients. I have attended two cert IV courses over the last seven years and received not only great training but great support from the TSA trainers. I have also put a number of my reports through the TSA and they had the same experience also.
